You can easily substitute chicken breast (1 cut it into nugget sized pieces) for the wings if you want - but the nutritional information is for the wings. Ingredients

4 lbs. chicken wings
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. dired parsley
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. butter
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cut the wings into drumsticks.
3. Combine the Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
4. Line a shallow baking pan with foil. (DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP)
5. Melt the butter.
6. Dip each piece of chicken in the butter and then roll in the cheese mixture. Arrange in the foil-lined pan.
7. Bake for 1 hour.
Makes about 50 pieces.
