Easy Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

Easy and Yummy from your Crockpot Easy and Yummy from your Crockpot
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1 (4.9 oz.) box of Scalloped Potatoes
    1/3 cup skim milk
    2 cups water
    1/2 lb. lean ham, chopped into small pieces
    pepper to taste

Directions

Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Combine milk, water, and margerine and spread in crockpot. Open box of scalloped potatoes and remove cheese packet. Mix cheese packet in with the water mixture. Next, stir in the potatoes, ham , and pepper. Try and push all of the ingred. down so that they are mostly covered with liquid. Cover and cook on high for 2 hrs.

  • It was good - but the ham made it all too salty. Maybe I'll try rinsing the ham steaks next time, or buying a less-salty type of ham? - 10/24/07
