Loved this recipe! I love finding food that is healthy and still tastes good. Also good for those on a tight budget - I'm a college student and that's very important for me. I will be making this again.
Beware! This is really spicy as submitted. I love REALLY spicy food and it was too hot for me. It is an AMAZING recipe though and SUPER EASY. I will be making this one regularly, especially during busy season at work when I have little time, but will be toning down the heat :-) Thanks!
This was very good and I will make it again. The chicken was very tender and the flavor was awesome! My grocery store only had "Szechuan sauce" not spicy Szechuan...thank goodness! I tasted a little before using it and it was very hot. I used a little less and I still had numb lips and runny nose!
I have to see if I can find or make spicy szechuan sauce for this recipe - never noticed it in store before. But we love chicken and we love spicy and we love so many veggies I can't wait to try this recipe!
