revised sweet and sour spaghetti


Number of Servings: 6


    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 C green pepper, chopped
    1 C onion, chopped or sliced
    1/4 C carrots, chopped
    2 TB cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
    2 TB brown sugar
    1 tsp soy sauce
    2 TB corn starch
    1/2 C lowfat chicken broth
    3 serv of cooked whole wheat spaghetti


brown turkey, carrots, onions, and green pepper together till veggies are crisp tender. Stir in rest of ingredients except for noodles. cook till sauce is thickened. Stir in noodles.
