Shrimp & Shells (Nathan Pasta)

Introduction

My 5 year old won't eat most meat but loves shrimp. I threw this together for him and it's a huge hit with the whole family. My 5 year old won't eat most meat but loves shrimp. I threw this together for him and it's a huge hit with the whole family.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 box Barilla Shells
    300 grams fresh broccoli
    1lb medium raw shrimp, peeled
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 tsp butter
    1 oz. aged Asiago cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. 2 minutes before done, add broccoli to blanch. Drain and set aside.

After broccoli is added cook shrimp in olive oil 2-4 minutes, when pink, add shells and broccoli. Stir in butter and 1/2 oz. Asiago cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on individual servings.
