Ingredients

1 package Lighlife chick'n strips
(or other veggie chicken strips)
.5 cup chopped onion
1 cup frozen peas
1 carrot sliced thick
2 cups long grain brown rice
1/4 cup white wine
4 cups veggie broth (or water)
Spices to taste (start with 1/2 teaspoon each):
oregano
pepper
thyme
rosemary
basil
tarragon
Directions
Combine everything in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Come home to a ready made dinner!
Use water or low sodium veg broth to cut down on the sodium.
