Homemade Chunky Chicken Chili

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Cans Chili Beans
    1 Can Black Beans
    1 Can Vegetarian Refried Beans
    1 Can Diced Green Chile
    1 6oz Can Tomato Paste
    1 10oz Can Chicken Breast
    2 Cups Chunky Salsa (mild, med, or hot per your preference)

    Omit chicken for vegetarian version

Directions

Stir all ingredients into a large saucepan and heat over medium or medium-low until hot.

This is excellent served with a sprinkle of diced red onion, shredded low fat cheddar, and a dollop of fat free sour cream.
