Canadian bacon, egg, & cheese scramble

Ingredients

    1 large Egg-Land's Best Egg
    1/4 Cup Kroger's Break Free egg substitute
    2 Tbl. (about 15 grams) Kraft 2% Shredded Sharp Cheddar
    2 Tbl. diced Canadian bacon
    Butter flavored pan spray
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Spray small non-stick skillet with pan spray. Add diced Canadian Bacon and saute for a minute or so. Remove bacon and set aside. Whisk together egg, egg substitute, salt & pepper in small bowl. Add to skillet and cook, stirring, until egg is almost done. Add Canadian bacon and cheese, stirring until egg mixture reaches desired consistency.
The nutrition calculator did not allow me to enter the appropriate amounts for each item, so some of the information will not be correct. For example, instead of 2 tablespoons of cheese, it calculated 1 oz.
