Ingredients

1/2 cup oats (can use quick oats)
1/2 cup low free cottage cheese
1 egg
3 egg whites
1 Tbsp pourable Splenda)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 tsp baking powder
dash salt
Directions
Put everything into a blender and process briefly. It doesn't have to be smooth. Pour the batter onto a hot non-stick skillet. Cook like pancakes. Top with butter spray and/or sugar-free syrup.
