Introduction

Homemade granola to have either as a light snack or to sprinkle on top of your favorite yogurt or fruit. Homemade granola to have either as a light snack or to sprinkle on top of your favorite yogurt or fruit.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    5 cups of oats
    1/2 cup dry powdered nonfat milk
    1/2 cup brown sugar

    1/2 cup canola oil
    1/2 cup honey

Directions

Mix together:
5 cups of oats
1/2 cup dry powdered nonfat milk
1/2 cup brown sugar

Add:
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup honey
Mix well. Place in a 9 x 13 baking pan that has been sprayed with baking spray. Bake at 300 degrees for a total of 45 minutes-stirring the oats every 15 minutes.
Before baking you can add nuts,dried fruit or anything you'd like. Keep in mind the nutritional values will change.
