Introduction

Easy and filling...great comfort food on a cold winter's night! Easy and filling...great comfort food on a cold winter's night!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 2 lb cubed
    Water, tap, 2 quarts
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, large ,chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium ,chopped
    Potato, raw, 3 large chopped)

Directions

1. Cube beef & Brown with pam

2. Cut all vegetables

3. Put all in a pot and simmer for 3 hours.

Makes 8 large servings
