Ingredients

    2 pounds ground chuck or leaner
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving (remove)
    *Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw), 1 serving
    salt pepper onion powder and garlic powder to taste
    1/2 cup water to wet oatmeal

Directions

mix well and portion into muffin tins. bake 400* for about 30 minutes or until done and browned. or shape into 12 small equal loafs and bake on a wire rack over a pan so grease drains off. add ketchup or tomato sauce if you desire. not included in nutrition.
