Pen's Harvest Vegetable Soup

Introduction

Very low calorie soup that is easlily made. Very low calorie soup that is easlily made.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1- box of Campbells Chicken-broth
    1 - large can of tomatoes
    1 - large carrot chopped
    1 - small, chopped turnip and soft-cooked separatetly
    plus the water turnips were cooked in
    1 - bunch of broccoli, chopped
    2 - cups mushrooms chopped
    1/4 tsp of finely chopped garlic
    3 - 4 dashes of Franks hot sauce
    2 - tbsp of flour (to thicken)

Directions

Into a crockpot I added all ingredients, covered and cooked on high for 1 hr.
Removed lid and then puree the veggies. Thicken slightly with 2 tablespoons of flour. Cook for 10 minutes more.
Yummy!
makes about 8 -10 - 2 cup servings.
