Buffalo Chicken MeatballsSubmitted by: PEACEBAER
2 lbs Chicken, Ground
2 tablespoons whole wheat bread crumbs
2 Egg whites
2 tbsp Parsley, dried
1 Onions, minced
3 Garlic cloves
1 cup Chicken Wing Sauce-Buffalo Style
Mix chicken, egg whites, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, and parsley in a large bowl. Scoop into 32 meatballs and place on baking sheet.
Cook at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
Add a cup of buffalo sauce to a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs, and toss until coated.
