Italian Feta Salad

Introduction

Salad with lettuce, spinach, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a little balsamic vinagrette tossed in. Top with feta cheese and you've got a delicious nutritious italian style salad, only 50 caloriesa serving! Ingredients

    1 head lettuce, chopped
    2 c. spinach
    1/2 cucumber, chopped
    1 tomato, diced (or 1 c. cherry tomatoes)
    1 can black olives
    2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
    1/4 c. balsamic viagrette dressing

Directions

Put the chopped lettuce in a bowl, and toss together with the spinach. Add olives, and drizzle balsamic vinagrette over top. Add tomato, and feta cheese, and lightly toss tih mix, being careful not to crush the tomatoes and cheese. Serve immediately.
