Introduction

This recipe is a simple macaroni and cheese....I use different types of cheese.....this particular one is made from the cheeses I currently have in my kitchen.....

Depending on who is eating it can serve anywhere from 1 to 3 people

NOTE* I am making this for a single person household
This recipe is a simple macaroni and cheese....I use different types of cheese.....this particular one is made from the cheeses I currently have in my kitchen.....

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup cooked elbow macaroni (shells, penne or others can be substituted

    1 oz Velveeta Cheese (cubed)

    1/2 to 3/4 cups Ragu Cheddar Sauce

    1 oz Kraft Four Cheese (shredded) (can use really whatever cheese you like)

    1 lge egg, beaten

    1/2 cup evaporated milk (any brand) or you can use 1/4 ea of 1/2 & 1/2 and evaporated

    1/8 cup cream of chicken soup


Directions

Cook macaroni as directed

Preheat oven to 350

Drain water from macaroni after completely cooked, add Velveeta and Kraft cheeses, next add egg, soup and mix well......last add evap milk and mix and pour into butter baking dish....bake for 25-23 minutes or until golden brown.

This dish depending on the amount served will feed up to 3 people
