Ingredients

    3 slices of turkey breast (deli style, not too thin though)
    2 Tbsp Mayonaise (light)
    15 Cherry Tomatoes
    3 Romaine Leafs (large enough for the turkey to fit in)

Directions

Spread the mayo on the 3 slices of turkey. Cut the cherry tomatoes 1/4" slices. Place tomatoes on mayo/turkey. Spread out evenly. Roll the turkey & tomatoe up. Place one rolled turkey on to one piece of romaine lettuce.
