1/4 c dijon mustard
4 tsp honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 (5 oz) bone-in loin pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
pour marinade into a large zip lock food storage bag
Place chops in bag and let marinade for at least 4 hours or over night.
Remove chops from bag, discard marinade
Place chops on broiler rack and broil 5 inches from heat until browned and cooked through, about 6 minutes apart
