1 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can reduced sodium kidney beans
1 can pork & beans in tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dry mustard
1/2 tbsp cumin
Put into a 6-quart crock pot with remainder of ingredients and stir to combine.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours.
Makes 8 one cup servings.
