4 apples, 1/2 cup butter or margerine, 1tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
In a large skillet or saucepan melt butter over medium heat, add apples (peeledcored, and sliced), cook, stirring frequently until apples are almost tender (about 6-7 minutes). Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon and continue to stir occasionally for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve warm! Makes 8 servings!
