Rice casserole

Ingredients

    3cups long grain white rice
    2 lbs ground turkey
    2 (10.75oz) cans Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 cup skim milk
    2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Prepare 3 cups of rice. Brown ground turkey in skillet. In 13x9 baking dish, combine rice, browned turkey, soup and milk thoroughly. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for 10 min in 350 degree oven.
