Introduction

I LOVE NACHOS AND I LOVE PITA CHIPS AND THE MORE MEDITERANIAN FOODS TOO. SO I JUST TOPPED A SERVING OF PITA CHIPS WITH WHAT I HAD AROUND THAT I LOVE! I USED THE SWEET RED PEPPER CANNED AND PACKED IN WATER. I LOVE NACHOS AND I LOVE PITA CHIPS AND THE MORE MEDITERANIAN FOODS TOO. SO I JUST TOPPED A SERVING OF PITA CHIPS WITH WHAT I HAD AROUND THAT I LOVE! I USED THE SWEET RED PEPPER CANNED AND PACKED IN WATER.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    SNACKS CLANCY'S PITA CHIPS 7chips 28g, 1 serving
    POULTRY CHICKEN BREAST, MEAT ONLY COOKED 1/2 breast 95 grams), 2 to 3 oz
    *2% Colby and Monterey Jack (1/4c), 1 serving shredded
    Black Olives (diomede/Aldi) Large Pitted (4 per servings), 1 serving
    VEGE bell pepper, red, 1 piece packed in water
    Artichoke Hearts (water packed) 4 pieces/serving, 1 serving

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*
PLACE THE PITA CHIPS ON AN OVEN SAFE PLATE.
TOP WITH THE CHEESE , ADD CHICKEN BREAST CUT INTO BITE SIZE CHUNKS, CHOP THE ARTICHOKES AND ADD, CHOP A PIECE OF THE SWEET RED BELL PEPPER AND ADD THAT, PINCH THE OLIVES IN 1/2 AND ADD THOSE. SPRINKLE WITH SPICES TO TASTE AND HEAT UNTIL THE CHEESE IS MELTED.
