Lasagna - creamy & tomato

Ingredients

    1 lb - Extra Lean Ground beef
    1 Onion, chopped
    1 TBSP Olive Oil
    1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
    1 medium red pepper, chopped
    1 large can Crushed Tomatoes
    1 small can Diced Tomatoes with Italian Spices
    Spices (italian seasoning, pepper, salt)

    1/2 package frozen chopped spinach

    1 jar prepared Alfredo Sauce Classico Roasted Garlic
    100 grams part skim mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 TBSP Parmesan Cheese

    8 Catelli Smart Lasagna Noodles

Directions

Put oil in large saucepan, cook onion for 1 minute.
Add in ground beef, green and red pepper. Cook until beef is cooked.
Stir in crushed tomatoes and diced tomatoes, add spices, simmer for 1/2 hour.
Add frozen spinach and cook until completely thawed and mixed into sauce.

Cook noodles.

Spoon some meat sauce in bottom of pan, put 4 noodles on top, then layer: meat sauce, alfredo, noodles, meat sauce, alfredo, cheese.

Cook immediately or allow to sit over night in the fridge. Bake at 350 until cooked through and cheese is bubbling.
