Beef Stir Fry

Introduction

NO OIL - HCG Diet NO OIL - HCG Diet
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 Tablespoons Chicken Stock
    1 Tablespoon Garlic
    Chopped Onion
    Chopped Celery
    Shredded Spinach
    Cubed Top Sirloin
    Lite Soy Sauce

Directions

Warm 2-3 Tablespoons in a skillet over medium heat.
When bubbling, add Onion, sautee for a few minutes.
Add Garlic, continue stirring.
Add Beef and dry seasonings, brown meat.
Add Celery and 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce.
Stir, when almost done add Spinach and stir until it turns bright green color.
