Pumkin Salsa Soup

Introduction

Got this recipe from a friends mom. Good for fall or any time you need something warm. Got this recipe from a friends mom. Good for fall or any time you need something warm.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 tbsp minced garlic
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp cumin
    4 cups fat free chicken broth
    15 oz can of pumpkin
    1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 cup corn
    3/4 cup salsa

Directions

Spray pan with pam. Saute garlic and spices on medium heat for one minute.
Add broth, bring to simmer.
Add pumpkin, mix well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil then simmer 10 minutes.

Makes about 5-6 servings (1 cup each)
