Introduction

Natural peanut butter, apple slices, and cinnamon on wheat toast make for a nutritious breakfast sandwich when you're not in the mood for the standard egg, meat, muffin combo. Natural peanut butter, apple slices, and cinnamon on wheat toast make for a nutritious breakfast sandwich when you're not in the mood for the standard egg, meat, muffin combo.

Ingredients

    2 slices wheat bread
    2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
    1 small apple such as Fuji
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

Toast bread. While bread is in toaster, slice apple into thin slices. When toast is ready, spread peanut butter on both slices. Top each slice with sliced apples and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Place slices together to make sandwich.
