PB&Apple Breakfast Sandwich

Introduction

When you're not in the mood for a standard breakfast sandwich. When you're not in the mood for a standard breakfast sandwich.

Ingredients

    2 slices wheat bread, toasted
    2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
    1 small fuji apple, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

Spread peanut butter on toast. Place apple slices on top of peanut butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place slices together to make sandwich.
