Introduction

Ingredients

    1 whole wheat tortilla
    1 half avocado
    1/2 package McDonalds peanut topping (or 1.5 tsp chopped peanuts)

Directions

Mash avocado and peanuts together. Spread on one half of the tortilla. Fold tortilla over and heat on skillet until warmed through - flipping as needed.

Optional: Add vegetarian bacon bits for added flavor zing. Just remember to adjust your nutrition stats.
