Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 Cups thin sliced leeks (about two large)
    2 cans red kidney beans, reserving the liquid of one can
    2 Tblsp Molasses
    2 Tblsp Canola oil
    1 cup vegetable broth

Directions

Heat oil in large fry pan. Saute thinly slice leeks in oil over medium heat until limp. Add beans and reserved liquid from one can, molasses and vegetable broth. Heat through. Thicken if needed/preferred (Nutritional info does not reflect thickening.).
