Pork fried rice

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 lean pork chops (leftovers are great)
    1 tsp garlic olive oil
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 -1 1/2 Tbs oyster sauce
    5 c cooked long grain rice (any rice is good)
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 c mixed vegetables (your choice)
    1/2 thin sliced onion
    3 green onions
    1/2 napa cabbage thinly sliced
    2 eggs

Directions

Cook pork if not using leftovers. Heat the oils & saute the vegetables & left over pork till warm. add bean sprouts, eggs & oyster sauce. saute for 3 min or until eggs are cooked. add rice & mix
