Angel's Favorite Breakfast Cornmeal Mush

Introduction

I love the simplicity of a warm bowl of mush in the morning. :)
You can also make it up and toss it in a travel mug for on the go!

I am looking for an unrefined cornmeal to use but I haven't found any yet. As with most things you could use less butter and less sugar but this is exactly how I like it and believe it or not I normally don't get enough fat in one day...

Ingredients

    * Yellow Cornmeal, 1/3 cup
    * Water, tap, 1 cup
    * Salt, 1 dash
    * *Best Life Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp
    * Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp

Directions

In a saucepan mix water, salt, and cornmeal. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Mixture will thicken. Remove from heat, pour into bowl, add butter and sugar. Stir and ENJOY!
