Introduction3 ingredients, seconds to put together 3 ingredients, seconds to put together
3 boneless/skinless Chicken Breasts
.5 cup of Light Honey Mustard salad dressing (All Seasons)
3 oz, Mozzarella cheese or italian blend of cheeses
Pour dressing over them.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
Turn Chicken over, scoop some of the dressing back onto them and bake for 5 more minutes.
Add cheese, scoop the dressing back on again, turn off oven but place chicken back into it for the rest of the cooking time. (It'll melt the cheese without over cooking the chicken).
