4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 large carrots
3 medium potatos
1 yellow squash
8 cloves garlic
1 bunch fresh broccoli
Slice squash into short strips
cut broccoli into bite size pieces
Lightly spray 4 large squares of tin foil with cooking spray
Lay a breast on each one
Mince 2 garlic cloves on each breast
Top with veggies, spreading the varied veggies over all 4 servings.
I topped this with a tbsp of margarine, salt, pepper, and you can use any seasonings...make it italian, or indian, or whater flavorful jars you can shake over it! I used thyme and rosemary for mine!
Cook at 350 for about 1 hour
