Ingredients

    Redi Burger 1 can
    mushrooms
    onion
    garlic
    cottage cheese, non fat
    oats
    parmesean
    Egg, 1 fresh
    Egg beaters, southwestern flavor
    Canola Oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, let sit for an hour or so to let flavors mix together, then put as much as you like, 1/4 - 1/3 cup works well for patty size.
