Turkey Meatloaf

Introduction

Very Easy to prepare and yummy! Very Easy to prepare and yummy!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lbs Ground Turkey
    1 2.33 oz pack of "Fryingworth" meatloaf seasoning

    Top Glaze Sauce
    1/4 Cup of Ketchup
    3-4 tsp of Mustard
    4-5 tsp of Splenda

Directions

Mix ground turkey with the meatloaf seasoning. Mix well.
Form into a loaf and place in a loaf pan
Cook for 40 minutes or until done throughout.
Spread glaze sauce on top of meatloaf, last 10 minutes of cooking.

Sauce
Mix Ketchup, mustard and splenda.
Heat in microwave for 1 minute then stir.

Makes 12 slices - approximately 5 oz.
