Crockpot Apple Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

    2 cups steel cut oats
    1 12 oz can nonfat condensed milk
    2 cups unsweetened applesauce
    2 apples chopped
    5.5 cups water
    1 cup splenda
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
    4 cinnamon sticks

Directions

place all ingredients in the crockpot
mix
cook on low for 8 hours
Remove cinnamon sticks before serving.
