Steel Cut Slow Cooker Oats

Ingredients

    2 c. Steel Cut Oats Dry
    8 c. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 c. apples quartered
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c. raisins (optional) additional calories

Directions

Butter sides a bottom of crockpot to keep from sticking. Dump ingredients in pot and cook on low for 8 hours. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
