Low Fat Chicken Fingers

Introduction

A delicious spin on chicken tenders that saves on the calories and fat! My husband and 2 year old daugher love these! A delicious spin on chicken tenders that saves on the calories and fat! My husband and 2 year old daugher love these!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 - 3 C. Cheeze-It, Reduced Fat crackers
    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 egg whites
    2 T. Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
    Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Preheat over to 400 degrees.

Pour the Cheeze-It crackers and Mrs. Dash seasoning into a ziplock bag and crush the crackers with a rolling pin to make breading. Slice the chicken breast into 1/2" wide slices. Dip chicken strips into egg white and put them in the ziplock bag. Shake to coat.

Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken strips in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove chicken from oven, turn strips over and continue baking for an additional 5-10 minutes.
