Introduction

Sweet, yummy muffins-- a great snack or breakfast! Sweet, yummy muffins-- a great snack or breakfast!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup oats
    11/5 cup Flour, white and whole wheat mixed
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder

    1 cup honey
    UP TO 1 cup milk (might need less)
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp butter

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients separately. Add together and mix until smooth.
Fill greased Muffin pan and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
