Walnut Date Bars

Introduction

Adapted from Elana's pantry Adapted from Elana's pantry
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cups blanched almond flour
    teaspoon celtic sea salt
    teaspoon baking soda
    3 eggs
    cup melted butter
    cup agave nectar
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    1 cup walnuts, chopped
    1 cup dates, pitted and chopped

Directions

1.In a large bowl, combine almond flour salt and baking soda
2.In a medium bowl, combine eggs, oil, agave and vanilla extract
3.Stir wet ingredients into dry
4.Fold walnuts and dates into batter
5.Scoop batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish6.Bake at 350 for 22-30 minutes
7.Cool and serve
