Introduction

Ingredients

    8-12 Extra Jumbo Tiger Shrimp raw (Deveined, butterfly)
    1 cup of progresso italian style bread crumps (you can make your own low calorie bread crumps)
    1 egg
    2 teaspoons of mustard
    sprinkle of dry mustard
    2-3 teaspoons of light or fat free mayo
    old bay seasoning
    crushed red peppers
    black pepper
    seasoning salt (optional)
    Lemon juice
    low calorie, low sodium ritz crackers (crushed)

Directions

Shrimp:
Clean, remove shell, devein and butterfly the shrimp.
Leave the tail on is optional.
Place in a buttered or pam sprayed pan.
drizzle with lemon juice, old bay
leave open

Crab Stuffing:
Mix together all ingredients except crab meat and ritz crackers
Toss in lump crab meat carefully not breaking up the lumps
Stuff shrimp closing the shrimp around the stuffing
Top with crushed ritz crackers

Bake in the oven uncovered for 20 minutes.
