Mom's Pork Chop & Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

1 pound pork chops
6 medium potatoes, sliced
2 onions, sliced
2 cans of cream of celery or mushroom soup, low sodium
2/3 cup 1% milk
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown pork chops in non-stick skillet. Layer meat, potatoes and onions in 13x9 pan. Pour soup and milk into skillet, heat and stir, then pour over casserole. Bake covered in 325 degree oven for three hours. Serves 6.
