2 4oz Filets
2 Tbl Molasses
1 Tbl Balsamic Vinegar
Mix the Balsamic Vinegar and Molasses together in a bowl and dip to coat the filets. You can also leave it to marinate for about an hour in the fridge.
Put oven on Broil on high and cook 6 mins on one side and flip to cook 5 mins on the other side. This should cook it to medium rare. Time will need to be adjusted due to preference and oven.
This is great with baked or mashed potatoes and asparagus! It is an easy crowd pleaser with little work and little cooking time.
