Introduction

easy to make but taste great. easy to make but taste great.

Ingredients

    red pepper 1 tsp
    olive oil 1 tbsp
    sesame oil 1tbsp
    carrots,large
    garlic 3 cloves
    ginger root 1/2 cup grated
    scallion,green onion, raw 3
    beef, round steak, 1 lb (trimmed)
    water, tap 1/2 cup
    sugar, 6 tsp
    lite soy sauce 3 tbsp
    rice vinegar 2 tbsp
    cornstarch 1 tsp

    partly defront and slice meat,against the grain of meat. trim off any fat.( partly defronted meat is easier to slice thinly). dust meat with cornstarch. put is slow cooker, or fry pan with oil.
    combine soy sauce, rice vinger, water, ginger(grated) garlic
    (chopped or grated) crushed red pepper flakes and sugar in small bowl
    add to slow cooker.
    julienned carrots and scallions(green onion)add to the slow cooker. coat the meat with the season mix.
    cook on high 30 mins or low about one hour.
