Crockpot Turkey Corn Casserole

Introduction

Easy to make, great for left over turkey. Easy to make, great for left over turkey.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 TBSP Vegetable oil
    1/2 C chopped Onion
    1 can (15oz) Cream-style corn
    4 Large Eggs
    1/2 C Evaporated Milk
    1/3 C Flour
    2 C diced cooked turkey
    1 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat Vegetable oil in skillet over medium low heat, Saute chopped onion until softened. Remove from heat. In a medium size mixing bowl, whisk together creamed corn, eggs, evaporated milk, flour, salt and pepper. Stir in onion an chopped turkey. Pour mixture into a lightly greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for about 3 hours or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle top of casserole with cheese; cover and cook until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
