Ingredients

24 oz Beef top round
3 pks sodium free herb ox boullion
2 cups water
1/2 c Kikkoman Stir-fry sauce
1/3 c Smuckers Orange Marmalade
1 tsp cayenne pepper, ground
Directions
Boil 2 cups water and add 3 pks sodium free boullion.
Cut beef into thin strips
Spray a large skillet with non stick cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook beef in skillet for 2 to 4 min, stirring occasionally, until browned. Remove beef from skillet and keep warm.
Add broth, stir fry sauce, marmalade, and cayenne pepper to skillet; heat to boiling. Cover and cook about 5 mins. Stir in beef.
Cook uncovered an additional 2 to 3 mins or until sauce is slightly thickened and beef is heated through. Steamed broccoli can be added and stirred in before removing from heat.
