South Beach Friendly Peanut Butter Cookies

Introduction
Make sure to just have one (you can do it!) and track this as part of your sweet treats for the day!! Make sure to just have one (you can do it!) and track this as part of your sweet treats for the day!!Number of Servings: 24
Ingredients

1 Cup Kroger Natural Peanut Butter
1 Cup Splenda Blend for Baking
1 Large Egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Roll into 24 balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with fork.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 minutes. (I recommend 13-15 min.) Remove to a wire rack to cool.
Yield - 2 dozen.

It definitely has that "artificial sweetener" aftertaste to it, but when you are doing the low carb thing... and just have to have something sweet, this is AWESOME!! I don't have a problem with that taste, but if you don't like that...you probably won't like these.
