Mom's Easy Stuffed Peppers

Introduction

Use raw ground beef and dry minute rice if you like. Use raw ground beef and dry minute rice if you like.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
    1 cup brown rice

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients, place in a cleaned out Red Pepper. Place in glas 8x8 inch square pan and microwave on high 12 minutes. Check to see if the Pepper is cooked. If it is not cooked give it another 2-5 minutes.
