Cran-Apple-Nut Oatmeal

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 C milk
    3/4 C water
    1/2 C oatmeal, old fashioned (not instant)
    1/2 medium apple, cored and chopped
    1/8 C craisins
    7 walnut halves
    1 t splenda (or to taste)
    1/2 t cinnamon, ground
    1/8 t nutmeg, ground
    1/8 t nutmeg, ground
    5 sprays I can't believe it's not butter spray

Directions

Combine apple, oatmeal, milk and water in saucepan and cook over medium heat until oats are cooked through. Pour into bowl. Add craisins, butter spray, walnuts, spices and sweeten to taste. I entered splenda, but use whatever you like. Makes 1 hearty serving. Enjoy!
