Caesar Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
    1 Clove garlic, halved
    0.25 cup Lemon juice
    0.25 cup Olive oil

    0.75 cup Parmesan cheese
    dash pepper
    0.5 tsp salt
    0.5 tsp dry mustard

    Romaine lettuce

Directions

Mix together first 4 ingredients & refrigerate in a covered container for at least 1 hour.
Mix together parmesan cheese, pepper and dry mustard.
Clean romaine.
In a large bowl, beat egg. Add the sauce and stir.
Add lettuce and toss to coat.
Pour cheese mixture over and blend into lettuce.

**reduce parmesan if needed. It is a lot of cheese for the recipe.
Makes about 6 servings.
It's difficult to say how much a serving size is, considering that this recipe is usually not measured in the house. Normally, we use 1 1/2-2 romaine hearts for this recipe.
